The draft GSP Annual Report for Water Year 2023 (October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023) is available for review/reference.  We encourage all landowners and interested parties to review and comment.  If you have comments on the draft report, please submit them via email by March 15, 2024.  Any comments received will be considered in the final draft report that will be presented to the Paso Basin Cooperative Committee for approval on March 27, 2024.  The report will then be uploaded to the California Department of Water Resources Groundwater Sustainability Plan portal before the April 1, 2024 deadline in compliance with SGMA.
