The GSP Annual Report for Water Year 2023 (October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023) is now available.  We encourage all landowners and interested parties to review the Annual Reports.  Each year, the Annual Report is uploaded to the California Department of Water Resources Groundwater Sustainability Plan portal before the April 1 deadline in compliance with SGMA.
